Kim Riley to Speak at 2020 Dispute Resolution Conference

MOJO Partner Kim Riley will speak at the Ohio Supreme Court's 2020 Dispute Resolution Conference on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. The conference offers national speakers and numerous breakout sessions on a wide range of topics relating to dispute resolution. Kim will offer a breakout session - "Dispute Resolution for Workplace Conflict: When We Can't All Just Get Along." The session will provide employers and managers with a thoughtful approach to addressing worplace conflict. Attendees will learn best practices for preventing avoidable and distuptive workplace conflict, and for resolving existing conflict in an effective manner that improves the interpersonal dynamic of the work environment and focuses employees on the mission of the employer.

The 2020 Dispute Resolution Conference will be held at the Ohio Union at the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. CLE approval is pending for 6.0 hours, and registration is $50.
