Todd has litigated and tried a variety of cases in his 22-plus years of practice, representing clients throughout Ohio and Kentucky in federal and state court, and occasionally in other jurisdictions.  His primary concentration centers on representing lawyers and product manufacturers.  He has successfully defended malpractice and fraud claims brought against lawyers to verdict, as well as defending lawyers in Ohio disciplinary matters. 

His work with product manufacturers includes defending and successfully trying serious personal injury and wrongful death cases to verdict, advising international manufacturers of heavy construction equipment on risk management, producing international witnesses for deposition, serving as national counsel for a manufacturer of industrial right-of-way equipment, defending farm implement manufacturers and advising them on revisions to product warnings and manuals, representing aerial work platform manufacturers in complicated accidents, and serving as regional counsel for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in an MDL.  More locally, he is litigation counsel and provides risk management advice to one of the largest regional distributors of floor covering products in the U.S.  Todd’s trial experience also includes successfully defending clients in commercial claims, commercial drivers in vehicular accidents, low-speed impact cases, and Lemon Law cases.
